Chirag Rathod completed his Bachelor of Architecture in 2014 from Sinhgad College of Architecture, Vadgaon Budruk, Pune, securing the top rank under Pune University. His finalyear thesis project, Corporate Headquarters, created a significant buzz, earning multiple award nominations. A true Punekar, born and raised in Pune, Chirag’s early education was at Jog School, Kothrud.
Began his professional journey with DAR, a multinational company, where he gained invaluable experience working on high-profile projects, including new and existing stadiums prepared for the FIFA 2022 Qatar. This early exposure to global design standards and large scale infrastructure planning shaped his approach to architecture and innovation.
Guided by the philosophy “Passion to Innovate,” He has always prioritized integrating innovation into design. He has continuously explored research and development (R&D) to create cutting-edge solutions and elevate architectural experiences.
His entrepreneurial journey began during his college years in 2010, when he undertook small-scale interior projects. This hands-on experience, combined with academic learning, instilled the confi dence to pursue larger ventures. In 2015, he joined forces with Sachin Kamble, focusing on expanding fuel station projects by introducing architectural design values to the traditionally infrastr-ucture-heavy sector. Their collaboration started with a landmark BPCL terminal project spanning 60 acres. Over time, their portfolio grew to include multiple corporate clients, initially across Western Maharashtra and later expanding pan-India by 2025.
In 2020, Chirag and his team ventured into the adventure and amu-sement park segment. This diversification led to the successful completion of over 80 projects to date. A strategic business collaboration with Adventure 1 Zone and Dr. Kishore Dogra, a reputed figure in the adventure industry with over 25 years of experience, marked a turning point. Their focus on quality products and services was widely recognized, earning them multiple awards.
With insights gained from his work at DAR and a vision for deve-loping a practice with largescale business operations, He has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s direction. He is responsible for key corporate decisions, identifying strategic collaborations, and overseeing growth plans. Chirag frequently serves as the public face of the organization, particularly in architectural, commercial, and adventure park projects.

Civil Engineering
Completed his Civil Engineering from Sinhgad College of Engineering. Vadgaon (BK), Pune, in 2003, following his schooling at the New English School, Tilak Road, Pune. A true Punekar, born and brought up in Pune, Sachin’s roots in the city are deeply tied to his professional and personal journey.
Between 2003 and 2005, Sachin worked with a prominent design consultancy firm in Pune. During this time, he discovered a unique niche in the design and planning of fuel stations.Starting with projects for Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), he quickly developed expertise in designing, planning, securing permits, and constructing fuel stations. His portfolio soon expanded to include work for other leading oil marketing companies like BPCL, HPCL, Shell, and Nayara, as well as consumer pumps for industrial giants like JCB, Toyota, Tata, GM, and Mahindra & Mahindra.
He also ventured into the gas segment, collaborating with emerging companies from Pune. With the expanding networks of these com-panies, Sachin’s work reached across India’s geographic landscape, cementing his reputation as a leader in this specialized domain.
Inspired by a customer-centric approach and limitless possibilities, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 2005. His venture, which began as a small business, grew into a private limited company offering diverse expertise in engineering, planning, and construction.
As Landmarkz Projects approaches its two-decade anniversary in 2025, the company stands as a testament to Sachin’s vision and leadership.
He has been instrumental in shaping its growth by developing and implementing strategies, building and managing executive teams, and making pivotal decisions. Sachin also serves as the public face of the company, establishing Landmarkz as a brand synonymous with quality and innovation in the petroleum and gas industry.
